REQUEST - Ability to delete group chats and messages for client

The inability to delete group chats or messages on the client level is burdensome. WhatsApp enables this function why not in telegram? The inability to delete the chats and messages, emojis from others responses buries valid files or messages and forces you to scroll needlessly through hundreds of messages to find what is relevant. This was a huge miss in Telegram. Please provide this function so that individual client interface devices can delete unnecessary messages from a group chat thread.
