Usability: add a "Pending changes" indicator

From interacting with the interface it's easy to miss the "Save" button.
Since the changes on the keyboard are applied immediately, making them and exiting Studio seems like a reasonable workflow.
A "Pending changes" indicator next to the "Save" button would make the necessity of saving the layout clear.
