Changelog

• When creating a new card, snapshots won't be generated if the file has no video track. Handy when playing audio books.
• Config file can be reloaded before a card is made, without having to restart mpv. Handy if you often change the config.
• Secondary sid can be changed by pressing Ctrl+j and Ctrl+k.
• Various bug fixes, including help from @Aquafina-water-bottle.
