About The Pull Request

Adds a defib wall mount
deletes the blood filter (spawns in the surgical bag)
Main medical bay
Adds a crew monitoring console, and a roller bed if the map doesnt have one

Brig physicians are now payed from the security budget
Brig physicians now start with a custom doctors bag, the only difference is that it starts with a kelotane and bicaridine pill bottle, 2 gauze, and 2 epipens. It no longer spawns with surgical tools.

The brig physician now spawns with a singular flash (requires SOP update) in their right pocket.

Why It's Good For The Game

Fixes some oversights from the original PR, and makes the brig physician loadout less strange
