This is pretty much "done" for now. The new OCIO 2 features need some refining, but that will have to come from the Open RV side.

Here are most of the updates I made to OpenRV-BHGC since the last release:

Fixed some icons that were showing as bright white.
Made the use of "..." in menus/buttons more consistent.
Moved a lot of menu items around for better use of space and more logical placement.
Changed the look of info boxes by editing the drawTextWithCartouche function.
Changed the text formatting in info boxes and disabled the use of icons.
Set Calibri Light as the info box font.
Fixed the line under the tabs in the Preferences window.
Removed the zoom in/out buttons in the Console since they don't seem to work.
Changed colors and font size in the Timeline.
Fixed forward/back button tooltips in the File Browser.
Added ° symbol to Rotate menu items.
