I'm getting this error across multiple datasets in Geoknife and the USGS GDP web interface.

In Geoknife, for example, the vignette on the Github front page for grabbing PRISM data fails. So does C-PREP, the dataset I actually need.

I noticed in #434 discussion of the error there as potentially just part of the decline of the system before migrating to some new system next year. If that's the case for these as well, how do we gain access to these datasets in the meantime?

Hi @brendanwallison -- the data system backing the GDP is in a slow decline and we have very limited resources to maintain it. Really sorry. There are a couple newer tools that should work better.
