This PR fixes a bug where
base_diris ignored and all paths in the generated report are absolute.In
normalize_files_pathsfunctionbase_diris normalized asos.path.abspath(base_dir), but this function returns a string. Thenbase_dir in path.parentscondition fails to detect that we are inside base directory, because it expectspathlib.Pathnot string.This PR fixes problem by making
base_diralways an instance ofpathlib.Path.
