Grunt incremental CoffeeScript compilation
Correct handling of browser native back button
Heading direction indicator when possible

(Another feature that could be merged is "favourite places", but it's more complicate than these and should be reviewed before integration)

          Adds heading direction

The current position marker become an arrow
when the heading direction is available.
