Commands are done!

Basically finished commands, added a few things here and there, about 95% done, expect a release by Christmas!

Config editing!

Config editing in-game is now added (/playermention for help), some fixes, replacing the player's name in chat when mentioned is now added, etc.

Marriage hook, better hook handling, @everyone, etc.

Title says it all pretty much, added a Marriage Hook (so when you're in marriage chat you can't mention people), Fixed the check for vanish of Essentials, PremiumVanish and SuperVanish, added @everyone, made the handling of hooks cleaner and better, etc.

Recode of almost everything

Basically recoded everything I had cause it was terrible, we are nearing release so get excited, please test this out (though it is not complete, @everyone and the commands are not done), regular mention (minus replacing the name in chat) should be, so if you could please test this out and let me know if you come across any bugs, it'd be greatly appreciated. I didn't test it a lot, but from what I have, it works fine.

Started on commands, implemented the bug fix that was release in the last PlayerMention update (fixing errors with ActionBars on 1.12)

Use with caution, this is by no means done but it is nearing close to release, most of the functionality is there, I just figured I'd let people test it out if they wanted to! :D
