Merging Legion Changes

* All previous changes are documented in "Live-Port" branch
* Quest title has now its animation (Thanks to "Level Up" animation made
by Blizzard)
* CatchTheWind should use the "main" font.
* Rewards are now displayed when you are completing a quest.
* Quests that asks for gold will display a different "Accept" button and
can now be completed.
* Tooltips should no longer overlap eachother in some special occasions.
* Some addons that heavily modify Minimap (e.g. ElvUI) are now
compatible with CatchTheWind whenever you are questing in-combat (if you
are still getting "Block" messages, report with the addons that you are
using)
* A lot of GUI code has been ported to XML.
* French is now supported. Thanks to Benoith (Raffiq) and Neskweek.
