This pull request includes updates to the model/countriesAndState.js file, specifically modifying state codes for Nigerian states and adding new states for Nigeria and Romania.

State code updates for Nigerian states:

  • Updated state codes for all Nigerian states to include the country code prefix 'NG-'.

Addition of new states:

  • Added 'Rivers State' with state code 'NG-RI' to the list of Nigerian states.

Modification of state code

  • Nigerian states now include a NG- prefix.
