Initial release

This is the first public release by NewsNow of brackup-nn, a fork of the excellent backup tool "brackup", originally authored by Brad Fitzpatrick and others.

The code has been extensively modified to effect bug fixes, performance improvements and reliability, stability and feature enhancements, particularly in the regions of archiving and restoring large data sets (e.g. 100Gb) to Amazon S3.
