  1. Rename node iterator type and functions 

    nodeIterator         -> redisClusterNodeIterator
initNodeIterator(..) -> redisClusterInitNodeIterator(..)
nodeNext(..)         -> redisClusterNodeNext(..)

HIRCLUSTER_NO_OLD_NAMES can be defined when backward compability
with old types or function names is not needed.
