ARACHNE DataNode is one of the applications in ARACHNE ecosystem. ARACHNE DataNode provides UI for OMOP CDM datasources configuration and possibility to upload and execute SQL and R based studies without having RStudio. ARACHNE DataNode could be configured working in 2 modes:

• Network mode (connected to ARACHNE Central)
• Standalone mode

*** NOTE: ARACHNE ExecutionEngine is required to handle execution functionality

ARACHNE applications are provided as pre-built Docker images and could be easily deployed with Docker. Pages below provide information how to install and configure environment with Docker containers.
