LaTeX: style paragraphs in description list items #2244

This is the dl/li follow-up to #2243. If a description list item has multiple p, then after the first one there will be indentation. And if \parskip is nonzero, that will show up too.

I adjusted the Bob Plantz "computer terms" list in 11.6 of the Sample Article to make a multi-paragraph entry, to no visible effect. Thoughts?

I'm in a holding pattern dealing with some issues for the new edition of ORCCA. I have to manage pretext branches carefully (branches from summer, not kept up to date) to get that job done, so I paused development work. It's risky for me to get confused if I have other things bouncing around my head with the repo. A recent development might help me get back in the game though.
