looks good. @MartinSchoeler @timkinnane should we have a section under botpress (and for the other frameworks as well) just for LiveChat bots?

I discussed this with Renato also.
IMO livechat is a critical gap in documentation.

There's a lot of confusion how to setup live chat and bots as agents, how to do hand off and what the relationship is between agents and managers.

I think the communication is a bottle neck for growing the platform and the effort to improve the tech is wasted if no one knows how to use it.

I would put it above the bot framework guides though, not as sibling or child.

To clarify, I don't really understand it myself, so I can't really assist. All I know is that I couldn't follow the current documentation when I tried setting one up, with all my experience in RC, so I assume a newcomer would have major frustration. The amount of issues created just to ask about how to do livechat would validate that assumption.

@Sing-Li @babuchimata - when I commented on this before I was on mobile and didn't realise it was a PR, I thought it was just general issue discussing the missing docs.

I am making some updates to bot docs over the next few days, so I'll review this. I think I'll try and extract the parts that are common to all bots to one doc for bots and livechat, then just have specific content for each framework under their own docs page.

A lot of the content below covers details in existing docs for creating bot users, configuring bots, administrating livechat. I would avoid reproducing that content, because it makes it harder to review and update the docs with multiple sources of truth. I'm adding a doc to the PR for "Using bots for livechat" that just points to those other sources. It would be best to update this doc to just provide references for Botpress specific setup and deployment instructions.

@timkinnane Sorry for the radio silience on this. Can you take a look if this is till up-to-date and rebase accordingly since the structure has changed quite a lot lately?

@frdmn no idea about this anymore. Haven't looked at RC codebase for a couple years.

@renatobecker do you think this PR is still relevant? Should we apply this to https://github.com/RocketChat/developer-docs/tree/master/guides/bots-guides ?
