My project uses a custom build of ffmpeg where all strings are UTF8, which means the default
ConstCharPtrMarshalerwill not return the right marshalled values.We need an option to skip this custom marshal class and use the standard
UnmanagedType.LPUTF8Strfor all string marshalling.
