Requirements:

  • Latest version of Krita (v4.2+)
  • Installed ImageMagick (for processing textures on both import and export).

📥 Download the archive for your OS and architecture:

👇 Archives for each operating system and architecture are listed below. Ensure to download the correct version.

WARN: If you want to install Imagick yourself, then download the DDS_EVRIKA_PLUGIN_NO_MAGICK_INSTALL' version.zip since it has no conversion tools that are either installed GLOBALLY in %PATH% Windows or %PATH% Linux. Otherwise, download the version that already includes Imagick.

P.S For Linux and mac OS, you can use DDS_EVRIKA_PLUGIN_NO_MAGICK_INSTALL if you have Imagick globally installed.

🚀 Quick Start:

  1. Download the archive for your operating system 📦.
  2. Extract the contents folder DDS_EVRIKA_PLUGIN and place them in Krita's pykrita folder OR in open Krita and go to Tools > Scripts > Import Python Plugins..., and select the zip archive. Confirm that you want to enable it.
  3. Restart Krita, and you’re ready to import and export DDS with advanced options!
