Removed feature from widescreen fix, reimplemented as a cleo script.

Similarly to Amazing Screenshot for SA, this script allows to freeze the world and fly with a camera.
Press Alt+V to activate.
Movement Controls - move the camera
Mouse - rotate the camera
Page Up/Page Down - move camera up/down
Shift - speed up the movement speed
Next/Previous Weapon - change time

Walk mod

Hold ‘Alt’ to walk.

Quicksave

Press F5 to save the game in first slot.
