Builds a graph showing entities relationship in a given site [WIP]

How to use

1. Save your game and retire your fort
2. Create a Legends save on your world
3. Create legends.xml dump
4. Open the generated file. On the very first line, you have to change where it says encoding="CP437" to encoding="utf-8"
5. Save it as another file
6. Open it on the tool
7. Enter the english name of the fortress. Or any other site, really.
