Overview

Vajra Linux is a lightweight, powerful, and customizable Linux distribution designed to provide exceptional performance and versatility. Inspired by the strength and brilliance of the "Vajra," a symbol of resilience in Indian culture, this open-source project aims to deliver a seamless computing experience tailored for modern users while being deeply rooted in accessibility and simplicity.

Editions

Vajra Linux comes in three specialized editions to cater to diverse needs:

  1. Core Edition:

    • A streamlined OS for everyday users, focusing on speed, efficiency, and ease of use.
    • Ideal for general-purpose tasks and designed to run smoothly on older hardware.
  2. Education Edition:

    • Tailored for students and educators, this edition includes:
      • Pre-installed learning tools like offline Wikipedia and interactive quizzes.
      • Coding environments and educational apps for STEM education.
    • Perfect for schools, universities, and self-learners.
  3. Development Edition:

    • A powerhouse for developers, creators, and cybersecurity enthusiasts, featuring:

Installation
