Small update of 3.7 Alpha

• Auepa fix in another file
• Remove auepa from requirements.txt

3.7 Final will re-add auepa as an external module and add a function that fixes it for both Linux and Windows

3.7 - Alpha

Working release of 3.7

• Added 3.6 __init__.pyw as iFunny_Captions.pyw, edited script locations to match 3.7
• Fixed auepa, added as local module under ./auepafix
• Removed time logger

Requires having FFmpeg and Gifsicle in system PATH.
Tested on Windows 10, Python 3.7.6
