- Fix 1.8 version not loading

As of this version, ViaForge now supports the latest Minecraft version for which Forge is available (currently 1.20.4), as well as other major game versions such as 1.16.5
- Updated Via* projects to support 1.20.5/6
- Fixed connecting issues and other desyncs
- Fixed pre netty versions not working on online servers
