1.3.0 Touch Controls

Initial implementation of touch controls.

• Toggle button in bottom right corner.
• Entire right side of screen moves the camera if "Free Look" is enabled.
• D-Pad is for the c buttons
• X and Y buttons can be bound to whatever you wish.
