Update readme links in contributing guide #210

Links to the README.md were displaying a not found message. They should instead redirect to the README.md file.

When looking at the contributing guide. I noticed that the links to the readme file just direct to a page that displays the text "Not Found"
This PR updates the links to match how files are linked in the README.md, e.g. to the CONTRIBUTING.md
