[ISSUE#12217] Add additional configuration information

What is the purpose of the change

Add additional configuration information to the "history_info" table to address the issue of information loss during rollback.it closes #12217

Brief changelog

1. Add config_type and ext_info fields to the history_info table.
2. Extract and insert additional information into the history_info table when performing add, update, or delete operations on formal configurations.
3. Introduce a new column on the console's historical configuration record page to differentiate between formal and gray configurations.
