And keep this with only the framework.

More specifically, move the bot/manager.py, main.py and run.sh to the new repository, and keep here some template versions to allow easier creation of new bots by copying them.
Maybe move also actions/extras package?

Also, until #106 is fixed, locales/ need to be moved to the new repository for them to work.

Done. The actions/extras move discussion will be continued in alvarogzp/xtrem-bot#2.
