In C_apis, there are the apis written in C. In Cpp_apis, the ones in C++ (that need the ones in C).

There's a main in both the folders, to make an example.

For now, the apis have been tested

• on windows, compiling with MINGW.
• on Linux, compiling with gcc 7.3.0
