Allow for --usearch_local in usearch 6.1 #22

usearch also has the ability to perform local alignment by replacing --usearch_global with --usearch_local. I think this should be allowed as it can be used for OTU picking.

P.S. Hopefully this can somehow be made to work up in QIIME as I prefer to use --usearch_local over --usearch_global.

Should I create an issue? I'm working on figuring out how to do this locally so I could send a pull request with my changes later when it's working.
