Blockchain Manchester is a community effort by BlockRocket.
@BlockRocketTech is a blockchain focused engineering and product delivery business specalising in the application and use of Blochcain & Distrubted Ledger technologies.
Primarily we are builders, engineers and consultants based in Manchester who live and breath all things Blockchain, cryptocurrency and it their related technologies.

Co-founders James Morgan and Andy Gray have been interested in Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralised technologies for several years, founding Blockchain Manchester in 2017.
Blockchain Manchester was set up for these reasons:
- To learn more about Blockchain, crypto and DLT through sharing ideas whos those who are involved in the space
- To meet other people in the North (of England) with similar interests and ideas
- Build a network of like minded individuals
- Explore the vast and often controversial ecosystem on all levels
- Build proof-of-concept use-cases/examples that can be presented (and potentially leveraged in the future)
- Engage with people and companies working with Blockchain technology in whatever capacity
