Based on #1363 proposal this pull request replaces the static contributor list on https://developers.cardano.org/docs/portal-contributors/ with the recently updated GitHub contributors list: https://github.com/cardano-foundation/developer-portal/graphs/contributors
It will just work automatically and we don't have to care about anything.
