(rather than assuming the first line must NOT be the secret because it must be a password)

It looks like PR #172 also provide this feature, together with others realated to OTP.

pass-otpallows a workflow in which each otp secret is stored in its own file, separate from the password file for that account. This change allows rofi-pass to generate OTP codes for such files.
