These are the author guidelines for the Military University Institute editorial lines (such as Revista Portuguesa de Ciências Militares, Coleção "ARES", Cadernos IUM e Atualidade IUM) and military and civilian courses ministered in this institution.

The guidelines are published in: https://www.ium.pt/files/publicacoes/Atualidade/7/IUM_Atualidade_7_IUM_Author-Guidelines.pdf

The correct way to use this style in legal documents (ex. statute/legislation), insert the location (Lisboa) in the jurisdiction field. If unavailable (like Zotero and Mendeley) use extra field with prefix "jurisdiction: " (ex. jurisdiction: Lisboa).

This is an adaptation of APA 6th to the Military University Institute standard for IUM editorial lines.
