Where's BIP-32 Now

This release implements the full functionality using the english word list and also adds the optional passphrase to the root key's salt. There may be issues with the printing or use of the other languages, but the mnemonic is generated for all of the other languages. CI Wise Inc. deems this release (tag v1.2.0) as a complete implementation of BIP-39.
