The serverFarmId's casing has changed and for whatever reason the dependency locator is also broken.

Some casing changes. I've removed the dependency too because it could never locate a valid resource. If anyone's just here looking how to get this to work it suffices.
(I attempted doing a casing change on the dependency but it didn't fix things)
