This is an evolving collection of anti-patterns and alternatives for avoiding them.

• Overuse of join/spread. Use when.try(func, p1, p2, ..)
• Creating new promises unnecessarily. Chain from existing promises.
• Using promise.done inside promise.done. Return inner promises, use done only at outermost layers.
