Ageing

Mathematical model of yeast replicative ageing (Date: 2019-02-26). In the folder "Data" the various time series for the increase in cell area over time are found. In the file "WT_youngDaughter_data.xlsx" the data of the young daughter cells is stored. In the file "WT_oldMother_data.xlsx" the data of the old mother cells is stored. These two data files have been generated through image analysis of microscopy images which can be found on the following link.
