Add more speed option to kaltura video player

Installation

1. Goto chrome://extensions/ on your GoogleChrome
2. Enable developer mode.
3. Click LOAD UNPACKED button on upper left hand corner.
4. Select this folder(kalturaSpeedManager) and install.
5. You are all set:)

Usage

1. Open Kaltura video.
2. Adjust play speed with scroll bar :)
