I got a bit annoyed at how tedious it was to add new tests so I squished them all into one file. I also got rid of the cycle tests (though not the Rust versions of those tests) because I don't think they add anything over the matching tests + the Rust cycle tests, and because we wouldn't be able to use them for gzip since there's no decompress function.
