Deploy procedures

  • Set up AWS accounts, keys, CLI, and profile (Steps 2-4 here: https://slack.dev/bolt-js/deployments/aws-lambda)
  • run serverless deploy
  • Update the platform support slack app to disable socket mode. Update the "Features affected" to change the "Request URL" to the url outputted at the end of the serverless deploy command (We will need admin access to the Digital Service @ VA slack workspace to update the support bot app)
  • This pull request includes changes from the other branch - 38740-get-topics-from-responses-sheet
