The bottom of main.py has 4 commented out function calls, three for each of the three problems and main() for plotting ground truth vs kalman filter vs measurements. Uncomment the one you'd like to run.

$python main.py

I had to use PIL to view my images because there is a bizarre bug with tkinter and OSX (instant logout and crash), otherwise normal packages are used. 

I didn't have time to read over the report :|. Its 11:54pm, sorry for typos.
