yaml and plain support

I've added yaml and plain files support to it.

Windows initial support

While this is a WIP, I've added Windows support so I think it worth a release :)
Also, I've been trying to setup github actions for PRs/pulls... let's see how it works.

Previous release had a bug where the ignition version was 2.2 by default and it should be 2.2.0 instead.
