Declarations that appear after nested rules are deprecated, because the
semantics Sass has historically used are different from the semantics

• fix deprecated changes from player skin SCSS (b0de2bf)
• wait for bootstrap v5.3.4 (see SASS deprecation warnings with version 1.77.7 - Mixed declarations twbs/bootstrap#40621)
