Meeting organization

We use this repo for all project-level organization, including meeting minutes, agendas, and slides.

Lead election

The current leads are going to nominate new ones, Ege Korkan and Cristiano Aguzzi

Refactoring the node-wot readme
- Better introduction
- Moving license down
- Clear installation guide
Highlights:
- node-wot getting more stable, more users
- Project scope getting wider, more repositories/solutions. Also, mention the upcoming TDD.
- Lead elections, regular meetings, more organization
- Linking to AAS: TD <-> AAS AID
- Web of Things rechartering and pointers on how to join the work on the standardization side
Warm-up presentation at IoT WG JF. 26.09 is the next one. Very short one about the reorganization. Show EclipseCon.

Updating GitHub landing page with pointers to explain different repositories

Website

We should make it a Thingweb website more
- Correcting links
- Explaining the structure and different repositories
- Long-term: separate page per solution. For now, these would be Playground and node-wot.

(To be discussed) In the long term, the readme about the documentation should be moved to a documentation website. The readme becomes simple and has:
- Introduction
- License and how to contribute
