If you are getting error about cmake version after in a step, type "which cmake" and go to that folder and delete it. After deleting that folder, update your cmake. You can google how to update your cmkake. That will solve your problem.
--------------------------------- VIVADO DOESN'T RECOGNIZE MY FPGA BOARD PROBLEM ----------------
If you can not connect to your FPGA device in hardware manager (it seems a name "localhost0" or something etc. in device section), you should install the driver which Vivado 2018.3 has in folders. Check that folder and install it, that'll solve the problem.
