Google has released a new generation of web components that implement Material 3. This PR will migrate the project to use this.
Also has some UI tweaks:
Note: package-lock.json diff is large because ESP Web Tools imports the Improv Wi-Fi Serial SDK for the serial part, but the SDK also depends on the old Material web components.
