Optimized Data Type Handling in PretsselGenerator

This update optimizes the data type handling in the PretsselGenerator initialization by directly setting dtype to torch.float32 if the specified device is a CPU. This change ensures consistency in data type handling and simplifies the logic without impacting the core functionality.
