HAWK-I AO and chart tags

This releases adds full support for HAWK-I AO OBs. Finding charts associated with moving targets and/or the use of a parallactic angles are now clearly tagged.

XSHOOTER and ephemeris

This releases brings in full support for XSHOOTER OBs. It also incorporates full support for proper motions and ephemeris files for moving targets.
