P103 release, incl. ESPRESSO support

This release is intended for SM OBs in P103, and DDT/TOO/RRM OBs in P102. With it comes full support for ESPRESSO OBs. This release also includes minor tweaks, a cleaner prompt with less gibberish, and a handful of minor bug fixes.
