Major bug fix (XSHOOTER)

This release fixes issue #7 (hopefully for good this time) and a few other XSHOOTER-related issues. Any user relying on "DETECTOR" offsets for XSHOOTER should upgrade immediately using pip install --upgrade fcmaker.

P103 release, incl. ESPRESSO support

This release is intended for SM OBs in P103, and DDT/TOO/RRM OBs in P102. With it comes full support for ESPRESSO OBs. This release also includes minor tweaks, a cleaner prompt with less gibberish, and a handful of minor bug fixes.

MUSE NFM

This releases brings full support for MUSE NFM observations. These finding charts rely on a home-made, mock image of the sky constructed from the Gaia catalogue. Also minor bug fixes.
