Related to changes in galasa-dev/framework#659
The ICredentials interface changes in galasa-dev/framework#659 (added a
toPropertiesmethod to convert credentials into creds properties) causes managers builds to fail due to an unimplemented OpenstackUsernamePasswordCredentials class that is not used anywhere. This PR removes the unimplemented class.
